Here you will find out what to expect in one of our services. Although there may not be any two services exactly the same, you still can get an idea of what a Sunday morning service may be like.  On a typical Sunday morning, our church service begins with Praise & Worship.

Events

Check out our events calendar and learn of the many events taking place montly.  We love to have fun, but there is still a great need for instruction, and therefore you are going to see many other speakers coming into Cornerstone for such things i.e. ” A Womens Conference,” “Marriage Seminars,” and other ministries that builds up the body of Christ.

Sermons

Pastor Danny speaks the message that God has given him through the Holy Spirit. Sometimes this consists of a “sermon series” and then it could be something completely random, but only as the Spirit dictates. The Sunday morning sermon series is usually only given on Sunday mornings, while the Wednesday evening teaching is usually only given onWednesday nights. No matter what the teaching or preaching is, it is a message given by God through the Holy Spirit where the Pastor is nothing more than a vessel, a mouth piece for the Lord Jesus Christ to convey His Word.

Different Bible Translations
Here at cornerstone we believe that the Bible is the infallible Word of God. Although many believe in only one translation, (usually the King James Version, 1611) we study the many different Bible translations, i.e. King James, New King James, New International Version, New Living Translation, and many others. We know and have been told by many the King James Version is hard to understand, and even more so for the younger generations. We thank God for the other translations, which gives the younger people an avenue to learn about God, His Grace, His love and His Son, Jesus Christ who became the Lamb of God, who was without spot or blemish, who was sacrificed for all man-kind.
So do not be surprised that while visiting Cornerstone that you may see several translations on the screen. We believe that this just deepens our understanding of God’s Word through the Holy Spirit.

Program

We do not believe in following a specific program, we do believe that the God we server is a God of order, not confusion. Therefore we have a structured service, lead by the Holy Spirit.
The Word of God states:
1 Corinthians 14:33 (NKJV)
33 For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.
